I don’t know about you guys but I like it when the FL is actually flawed and has real negative feelings about things. It’s refreshing to find a shoujo character that isn’t always nice, self-less and oblivious to her feelings and surroundings. She feels like a girl I can relate to.

Yup! I really like MCs like her. Could you recommend me a manga with an mc with similar qualities as her?

Brill x Max was a very pleasant surprise. I have noticed they spend a lot of time together despite other advisors not being as present for other characters.

I don’t have a good feeling about Lucas but I believe that whatever he does, Leah will shit that shit down!

The art style, the story, the characters, I’m actually looking forward to how this gonna end as weird as it may be. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

This chapter was really thrilling, and I love the progression of the story so far. Although some of the comments on the situation has me left me blindsided. I'm honestly shocked at the amount of hate thrown towards Miura because she somehow didn't pick up on Jun's "signals" about his sexuality. From what I've read so far and my understanding of the story is that Jun has done a lot to hide his sexuality and assert a narrative in which he is straight. (He even goes as far as calling gays 'dirty' in order to separate himself from that group) I think if one was to take Jun's words and behavior at face value, of course Miura would not assume Jun was gay. So these so called "signals", his uncomfortableness and his general 'I don't care' attitude to Miura, would not automatically make Miura think Jun was gay, but possibly nervous, apathetic or stoic. Especially since Jun not only accepted her confession, but kissed her as well.

An important thing that has to be said is that this story is told from Jun's perspective. It is how HE perceives the world. Jun has a pretty neutral expression when he talks to his schoolmates/Miura but we understand how he feels at all times because, as readers, we can see and read his string of consciousness. Miura can not. Commenters are mad at Miura for not having the information we as readers already have but are also treating Miura as an idiot because she doesn't understand what Jun is going through despite the fact Jun has refused to be honest or open with her throughout their entire relationship (platonic and romantic). I think to hate Miura for being ignorant about this subject is not only unsympathetic but ridiculous, even more so because of the society both she and Jun lives in doesn't talk about or hold platforms for LGBT matters.

That being said, I don't think Miura is this perfect girl who can do no wrong. As its been shown she can absentminded, self centered and holds ignorant views on LGBT matters. But once again, shes a young teenage girl and I think a lot of us can relate to being as naive and unaware at her age. It's not inherently wrong, and Jun has these flaws as well, and it's just something teens tend to eventually grow out of because of their complicated experiences and complex relationships with others.
