What do you mean 'how' exactly? It's not a site to read manga unfortunately, just informs you of updates. But you can look up info by typing in the manga names etc or looking at a genre/category/scanlator group/mangaka etc on the right hand side of the site. Hope that helps.

Sometimes I like to search their genres and categories for any good reads then see if mangago has the scans (=・ω・=)

There catergories are VERY SPECIFIC which can be pretty cool
