its difficult to explain but aria's father ( he is the same person who told aria's mother that he truly fell in love with her) is the son of an ex royal member (aria's grandmother ) her grandmom got abandoned to an foreign country because she had an affair with another men (that means aria's father is not from royal blood ) . After she got abandoned she went to another country (forgot the name) and then she somehow became marquise (i didnt understand this part either ) .
In conclusion aria is from the same royal family as asher but they're not blood related and that's why aria can turn back time (since every royal member has a power)

.... Aria's grandmothers was inlove with a marques from another country and they were so inlove with one another they were going to marry. Sadly they were separated when Aria's grandmother was forced to marry into the Royal family instead, where she drank the Holy water from The Pond of the Royal family.
It turns out that Aria's grandmother was already pregnant with her previous lover's child, that child is Aria's father. When he grew up and became an adult he fell inlove with a prostitute and promised to be with Aria's mother.
Once again the Royal family ruined everything when they found out that Aria's father was not the Kings son and banished both Aria's grandmother and father. They fled to the neighboring country where Aria's grandmother met her old lover the marques. They still loved each other so much they final married each other and are now happy!
Aria's father after being disowned and being ripped away from his love made him mentally ill. His illness is preventing him from finding Aria's mother himself, but his real father the marques hasn't given up and is looking for her in his sons place!
Aww. Then the grandparents of Aria are kind.(▰˘◡˘▰)
