Everyone the Grandpa they met is the Hundred Year old granpa and they call him "great granpa" and he lives in the mountains I believe.
Now this granpa who's sick is the father of Jinyao's father. I'm not sure though if he's the son or nephew of Jinyao's great granpa. But, definitely, in the future chapters you'll see these two(granpa and great granpa) together.

Just a thought though what if Rourou is really a biological son of both Yiyi and Fengfeng. Like their cell got combined. In chapter 1, Yiyi mentioned that he had a DNA Identification book, not sure if Fengfeng falsified that one too. But just what if truthfully that one says he's the father too?? Just since when Yiyi's frozen sperm was missing. Yeah, it was just confirmed in the series that it's missing but it wasn't mention since when was the last time they checked it that it's there. Lol sorry I being silly here but this is tagged as 'fantasy' so my mind is going off somewhere.
Back to reality, however, what if the missing sperm of Yiyi produced an offspring. The He family seems of a great influence just what if someone traced Yi Yun's connection. Anyway I'm just talking some what ifs here. Sorry will stop for now.

Well based from the current raw, Yiyi and grandpa haven't met yet. So just like you, I wonder too how grandpa will react. He seems attached to our Rourou so who knows.. He might thing that Yiyi will be his savior too lol because of that dream.. but yeah I worry about how great grandpa described his son-- being a nosy one to other people's relationship. Grandpa is in good terms with the old He family and seems to want to maintain that disposition.
