This isnt something like ybc at all, there isn't a happy ending as both are trying to convince themselves it isnt wrong, and its depicting grooming and pedophilia, it isnt meant to be "hot" or "sexy". I would think it is a vent as the depictions are quite accurate, and they mention it in a few other stories. If someone thought the author was doing this to sexualize children, then they're the fools as I dont see anything wrong with the story other than the obvious of grooming and rape.

I dont exactly know but that is how grooming is displayed really and in the first one it showed the discomfort of the boy and also how pedophiles can become a pedophile as it is a mental illness . It wouldn't necessarily be a realistic story without the explicit scenes.
That was Harada's decision and it's totally respectable as well as you not liking it. In a live action movie it's obvious no one would dare to show scenes like this with kids but that's the cool thing about fiction ('cause remember, this child doesn't exist, no one was harmed), it can show you how horrible, creepy and disgusting an experience can be with more creative freedom and without real consequences on it's characters. Harada wanted to express the crude reality of ped0ph1l1a and she nailed it 'cause I indeed felt disgusted by the end of the first chapter.
I don’t like how p*dophilia appears in harada’s work so much. If she wants to educate about the topic she shouldn’t have included explicit sex scenes and images of children even if they’re fictional. There was a gintama doujin that she made that outright romanticized p*dophilia and includes sick images of sexual relations with a child for nothing more than the gratification of her and the readers. She has a good art style and really knows how to mess with your head but what’s up with the display of cp??
Momo’s backstory is absolutely tragic and it makes me sick, I can’t believe it was even depicted, that’s a CHILD. And his mom is an absolute bitch. An earlier comment said we were made to feel like she’s the victim and I agree. She suffered trauma too I’m not disregarding that, but she just projected it onto her son tenfold. He was probably half the age she was when she was r*ped and it makes me physically sick. And you see it in media so often, a single mom values her p*dophile boyfriend over her OWN CHILD and even blames the child for the abuse. I wish she gave up momo for adoption, momo would have been hurt but I think he would have been better off. This comment is long but I hate it so much I had some trouble breathing and I almost cried. Nothing can excuse pimping out your young child so I don’t feel that bad for the mom.
Because this was a biography the story was very realistic and I’m sure many people have personal experiences just like this and can relate to this story on a very personal level. I myself am straight but I relate to the author’s feeling of loneliness. It was a great story about the struggles of being gay that eventually resulted in a happy ending.
I was sort of confused about what happened with Ryan. I know he filmed a rape scene in a movie with Cleed, but was that it? I felt like it was something more like Ryan himself was assaulted in the past but I’m not sure. Does anyone have a guess?
He just realized that the film he done with creed was not really right.. He regret it.. The thought that he madea porn film about rape theme hunting him so much.. But he felt like that creed or glenn doesn't even mind it.. He only cares about the profit he'll gain after releasing that film.. So maybe he's having a psychological problem thinking about that.

I love this bl a lot mainly because it’s not like a lot of bl I read in the past. Part 1 of this series was so great and I love how Ed and Cleed started dating. Then part 2 was an emotional rollercoaster. I also liked that the top and bottom have similar muscular builds even though Cleed is taller. It’s different from the usual big top and tiny, feminine bottom. This bl is mature and well written I’m so glad I finished it.
I really wish we could know more about Roku and Ozu and how they got together. I didn’t think Roku was gay before, but he must have been impacted by his brother in someway. And Ozu clearly cares about Roku even though he can’t clearly express himself. Ozu even knows about Roku’s past in detail. I would just like more elaboration on this pairing. I wonder if the author intended to do that before she dropped this story.
