I love how the title is “thank you for being alive” because I think this is what the child that was saved would say to the donor child. Also the doctor said twice “you’re doing great just being alive” so it REALLY fits the story. Also other than that, THIS BROKE MY HEART I’M SO SAD FOR THAT CHILD but I’m also sad for the receiver one he needed him in order to live too ARGH（/TДT)/
