Or it could be a glitch in the Novel ? Like.....suddnely because of the change in the character of latte, Ibelin's character is also changing ? Maybe their roles are reversing because latte is not exactly acting like how a side character should ? It also could be that this is a part of the author's experiment to see how the Novel turns out . My personal theory though, I just thought it would be an interesting plot change.

Because she's stronger than her haters who follow others like a herd of cattle, hating just because it's what most people do. She didn't get a restart on her life like Edna, she acknowledged her flaws and worked on them, just like people in real life do. Fantasy won't be coming to save your a** in reality, you have to learn to pick yourself back up like Sakura. I compared them because their strenghts are similar, both mentally and physically.
