yeah, I personally loved this (since i turn off my brain and everything else when reading it) but whenever i get to the part where the owner or boss of the sex slavery thing starts explaining how it's good or justifies selling orphans for millions, it truly forces me back into reality...like the author truly didn't have to try justifying it, really off putting and disgusting. everyone knows it's wrong and most people reading it aren't going to critique it for that since we're here for the brainless fluffy smutt not some crazy masterpiece.

Yup!! i was like, LOL didn't know you can make feel-good-human-trafficking xD. Are the orphans getting the millions of dollars theyre apparently worth (obviously not, the unrelated 3rd party is getting the money)? Why even bother get into the ethics.. try to make the audience turn off their brains and not think about it too much or else it just falls apart XDDD.

Also reminds me of my wattpad days where "my family sold me to one direction/bts" lol

Probably cause she wasn’t meant to be there in the first place. It’s explained in the first 3 chapters that Haein was shoehorned onto earth. Once she left earth it was like she was never there to begin with cause at the end of it. It wasn’t her life to be him with. It wasn’t her world which is why she accepts her dad “kidnapping” her.

this manhwa is different than all the other tower manhwa because of the deep level of emotion and character in gongja. each arc has had so much depth, and it requires emotional intelligence to understand. if you find this boring, it just means you can’t understand it, and there’s nothing wrong with that, but the entire manhwa will be this way so you should go ahead and drop now.

If you find the arcs boring you just have low to nothing emotional intelligence.. i actually cried on some scenes.. if you want "action no plot" type of stories, i suggest you to leave (⌒▽⌒)

its not that i dont understand what happened. i just dont understand why people like it. theres plenty of romances ive read on here that i love, this just isnt one of them. including ones where one or both of the couple are a little bit crazy or theres a weird setting gimmick.
i think having someone who shares his resets kinda breaks him as a character, because he was fun to read when he was the only one who experienced them. my FAVORITE arc was the kingdom arc where he is dying hundreds of times over and over to make sure he gets it right with 0 deaths. thats the FUN part of his character. that he is willing to do those things when literally no one else knows about them. adding in a character that shares the reset cheapens the sacrifice for me.
i started falling out of love with the zombies 1) because it messes with the magic system (ie: talent cards, it completely ignores them. in fact everything about the talent cards seems to have been forgotten) and 2) because it distracted from the actual plot of this story: TO BEAT THE FUCKIN TOWER WHILE BEING ABLE TO RESPAWN. Romance arc irritated me for the same two above reasons, plus what it did to his character.
i'll take your word for it though - if this is the direction that it's gonna go (ignoring its own magic system and plot and THIS kind of romance), then yeah i'll drop. i appreciate the heads up

as a fellow reader, I'm sorry that the people above who replied to you were rude to you. However, I do think your unnecessary harsh words in your comments toward a plot that many people love was also a bit rude.
Regardless, I want to say that, imagine a story where the main character just constantly uses one skill over and over again. Just clicking the same buttons, figuring out a different version of a rhyme, yet having the same plot. Once actual risk is involved, that is where the excitement lies. Imagine a gambler who is guaranteed jackpot every time, yes it's fun, but what about everyone else watching? If everything is to be expected, there really is nothing to be excited for. Now that Raviel is here, she is the weight that is holding him back from using those methods of constantly killing himself. Now there is an actual consequence for the woman he loves. He is clearly still willing to die for the cause, as we see when he continues clearing floors and still maintaining his goal of hunting down the constellation killer.

Furthermore, any plot in these types of stories should have the main character at least developing some kind of entourage. At least now he has someone to share his story with, and honestly, I think he needed it. Imagine being put through constant turmoil, constantly dying over and over again, constantly experiencing other people's live traumas, and doing it all alone. Stoicism and whatever, but isn't that an incredibly lonely path?

The only major thing that has changed about him is that now he does put more THOUGHT and mindfulness into every time he dies because his life is starting to matter to those he holds dear (Raviel).
If anything, does the sacrifice not become even deeper?

Yes, i respect you if you want otherwise and I am not trying to force your opinion to be the same as mine, but I just wanted to share my perspective as someone who loves these kinds of stories and this one in particular.

i know they wont let her but i wish aria was vindictive. this blond bitch got her entire family killed. she had to live as a second class citizen her entire life because of his family. i really dont care if he wasn't "directly" the one doing it. he let it continue and told her to trust him. no bitch. god i wish she got to be vindictive.
