You guys can dislike all you want but i think that none of the characters are actually likable. Like i felt nothing for the main guy when it came to his sad backstory and the girl is a bit weird but nothing special too. It wouldve been better if it was presented in another way cuz if the character isnt likable in the first chapters hes not gonna be likable later

Using really tight corsets like that are doing is So bad for you. It can cause fainting, miscarriages, crushed or misplaced organs, pulmonary problems, muscle atrophy in the torso area from disuse, broken ribs, skin problems, it just goes on. The human body is not meant to be squeezed for hours at a time. It's like a few years back when people were wearing their jeans so tight it restricted the blood supply to their thighs so much it caused tissue death and gangrene. I could go on and on about the horrors of various historical and current fashion related health dangers but I'll leave it there.

I love the almost poetic way the story is told!
It was hard to see a young woman withdrawing her life to assert her will. We women have been through a lot of outrages and whenever there was a change, there was also bloodshed. She has my respect.

Out of all the reincarnation mcs who died by transport her death was friggin graphic. Usually it would be light but we got the whole package. A body and a whole lot of ketchup!

I once started my life again at a far place after a dramatic change and gain peacefulness all alone so I can resonate with her fresh feeling. ^^

In the beginning, I felt as if I got thrust into a story that started in the Middle. As a reader, I had no idea about the character development or details of the setting, and the only clues I got came in flashbacks of the MC's past.
Then all of a sudden you find out she's a princess but actually not a pure blood princess who was also in an arranged marriage with some dude who betrayed her... But oh! this is actually her 2nd life cuz she reincarnated?! Not only that she's a reincarnated VETERINARIAN who got reborn as a slave so she's like, smart?
And the Male Lead (ugh don't get me started on this ML) he keeps complaining that humans are evil, disgusting, and cruel when the first thing he did when he saw the MC was to threaten to kill her. And that BLONDE PRINCESS (Alicia was it?) she spat on his face and I was like hell yeah girl! But oh no they threatened to have some "fun time" with her and she begged to be killed instead (Idk maybe she was a bitch to the MC in the past, but how are us readers supposed to know that? We weren't given a backstory) Ok. And the amount of scenes of the ML showing off his hot bod and hinting that he's gay (not that I'm complaining tho if he was, actually I would approve) BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING. It's just so hard to sympathize with her character's sadness, fear, or bravery. There's so many things... But imma breathe.

I like this manga because it trully shows how loyalty work in real history.i mean fluffy prience fall in love with first sight with main lead is not show reality. And sometimes people kill others without past tragedy because they are cruel or villain. For example not killing one fo old royal member can cause billions people die. So at the end your hand will be dirty it is inevitable. Maybe so little options that he could marry with her but i mean it is great threat to since she can kill him at night or use queens power for against him etc. Since both sisters were rightful queen

I am not liking that masochistic ML. Yeah, yeah youve had a shit childhood with crazy folks but maaaan, you just have got to get over yourself. Hello, he’s not the only one who had to encounter shit, trauma does not justify being an asshole. But hey, early days... we never know, he may become smitten and end up as a cute puppy dog to chloe?

I will say he has one of the worst attitudes out of these style of books I have read. He is handsome but has a horrible personality. I know he will eventually change his way but how do you come back from some the things he has done to date?

If you read through every arc, you'll notice that the climax of that arc is resolved either by something never mentioned prior, or by some trivial means that hand waves the complexities of the issue.

I mean, I got the feeling when the manga suddenly brought up the civil war issue despite not mentioning it at all before Claude. I mean, MC even said her main motivation was to avoid the busy life of an empress - that after remembering her previous life's memories it was her ambition to 'live the ultimate leisurely lifestyle'.

Then there is the life eater incident. MC can somehow detect the flow of something in blood perfectly, and isolate what is very likely a set of microscopic organism (remember, it was small and light enough to be airborne) despite never having used her powers in such a way before (She's surprised by how she can feel the blood flowing). This is like saying a genius programmer can code in binary - maybe they can, but you really can't expect IBM Watson to pop out of that. She even says that she isn't that gifted magically. The author clearly hasn't done any sort of research but I guess at least they aren't actually using any real life diseases.

Also, I find the hand washing policy sort of hilarious. The author uses fantasy nuts - easily available and cheap to boot!- to avoid addressing the issues with actually making enough soap in a time where mass production isn't a thing, but completely ignores the issue of clean water - something a lot of places struggle with.

Koito is really disappointing. She just learned that Neko blackmailed friends that treasure her, and now she’s going to avoid said friends ultimately because she feels sorry for the creep and prioritizes him? What the hell. Everyone has reasons for acting the way they do. That doesn’t mean that harmful behavior should be overlooked. Samon deserves to be with someone better.

i hope the original weak girl (the blonde that is now in the others body) doesn’t get badass or some shit, i just don’t like her at all.

I’d hate to drop such a good treat like this one, but if that blondie starts gaining SOMETHING in this story, i’m done. I’m tired of reading the good girls always getting the good end and the “bad” ones getting the ugly end.

Backtracking to most reincarnation stories (i have read, mind you) i have yet to see this peaceful life. Of course the empress will have certain responsibilities and where in the world has there ever been peace in a polygamous marriage.

If her family has that much status she should leave and seek a better life because when heroine shows up being someone from unknown origin vs the FL noble with background, THERE WILL OBVIOUSLY BE CONFLICT.

Judging from her father who seemed like he wanted her to back out from the marriage with the ridiculous conditions she should have jumped ship but oh well, here we are waiting for the plot to develop.

I'm also guessing since she knows the ending and will not fall in love with the emperor, he will probably fall for her, the chase begins, the heroine will show up, probably, with a shitty personality as well as a sense of entitlement and try to win the emperor's affection whilst slandering the FL.

Normally I dislike pushy semes, but Dir Park is so daddy and his vibe isn't as off putting as I've seen with that trope. Is it because he's had feelings for Suha for a while now and is just happy they're both gay?

ML - what sort of dipstick doesn't tell their wife they love them and clarify anything sus about the relationship with his beautiful blind cousin who's in love with him and living with them? What more - you make some rather sus expressions when looking at her and you stick up for her a little more than need be; she's clearly strong enough to not need that crap. Also; stop sending MC so many mixed singles you idiot.
MC - you might want to do anything to make him happy since you love him; including put on a play to hook him and his cousin up after thinking they're in love....but gurl....maybe you should have just asked his stupid ass before you went full on war plan mode??? also; if you're planning on getting kicked to the curb by him and your only options are being a servant or prostitute because your ass hadn't been educated...wtf are you doing not taking advantage of all that time and money you got rn??? Learn some shit. Plan a little. It's like she's just throwing everything to the wind; acting without thinking.

Butler - (BEWARE OF SPOILER like barely tho it's only one chapter ahead) fkn just as bad if not worse than MC & ML; this lil shit knows what everyone in the house actually feels and he's pulling the same shit as MC. Just get with the blind cousin and put everyone out their damn misery please. And how dare he act like a good butler all of a sudden, rushing in like "why didn't you call for me, madam?" I mean, really? "UR ASS IGNORED ME AND CLOSED THE DOOR, THAT'S WHY." 2nd most selfish character.
THE COUSIN - if you know you're causing hella misunderstandings, drama, and ruining a marriage; rather than arguing that MC is the one ML loves and it's all a mistake - try being a little more damn convincing. Just lie to her ass and say YOU don't love HIM; neither of you love each other - you're damn cousins and that's gross. "Please don't pair me with my own blood???" It's like she's making it worse by not just flat out denying it from all angles. Tell your stupid cousin to open his damn mouth and talk to his wife instead of acting like a confusing mofo.
