I don't understand... were the people raising the MC complete and utter retards? They told him NOTHING about how the cultivation system works, and NOTHING about what he's supposed to do in more than DECADE of raising him. They pretty much WASTED his entire life and RUINED ANY POTENTIAL HE MIGHT HAVE HAD. That's clear because look at the princess having cultivated considerably already at the same age. Even if you're going to use the excuse of resources, there's no reason to not even tell him. He seems to know NOTHING AT ALL except that there's some vague power system. If he weren't the MC with invincible plot armor, he'd have never survived even a single day on his own.

Complete and utter lunacy.

The author is a complete retard who couldn't form even a basic sensible premise. I don't think there's much hope for any garbage he spills out of his bullshithole.

Is this going to contain NTR? I sure hope not, but kinda seems like this is going to be one of those illogical settings where people in power can basically get away with anything. (I know it's partially true in reality, but in a civilized society even the highest of the high have to have a lingering fear of exposure when being out of bounds)
