It's all because she's locked up her entire life she doesn't even have a nanny like most abandoned princess do and even if she remembers her past life she's still the "princess" in this life she already has trauma before she remembered her past life.
Plus, even if u remember something from the past things are still the same she's still the abandoned princess who was almost killed by her parent and still a doll her father wants to get rid of. It's not easy to change. Her background made her like this, it's not surprising that she's dense and no self awareness. She grew up without anyone by her side. All she ever do on that cell was to look into mirror and see the future and her pastlife.

Coming to say I'm well aware she was locked up most of her life. But I want y'all to understand how complicated medical equipment is and how much of watching her "other self" she had to do to understand those tools. Therefore, she should have picked up on normal everyday cues (just not ones meant for a royal).
She's not completely dense and not that far removed. She's able to be mindful in her own way, although the situation isn't what she thinks it is. That's what frustrates me. It's a normal trope for characters to have such wild misunderstandings with each other.
I think it's more of a bittersweet ending rather than happy, but I agree that her way of storytelling now already tells us that she's possessed...(/TДT)/
On chapter 59 and she seriously has no situational awareness so that makes it hard for me to read along.
Almost like she was imprisoned her whole life ( use your decorative brain in your skull )
It's almost as if she didn't experience her other life long enough to learn about to how design and use medical scalpels.
So, dial back being an ass

But it wasn't irl she was indeed locked up. Just like how reading books on how to be more social doesn't automatically make u more social
