The feelings were deep, too bad their buttholes weren't as deep in this otherwise pleasant one-shot.

This could honestly fit pretty well into the canon. The characters are relatively the same as they are in the official manga, and even the art style is very similar to Hajime Isayama's! I'm very impressed with this author.

    Suleika October 18, 2019 1:15 am

    I completely agree !

Phantomhive-Chesspiece February 1, 2019 12:25 am

Okay, but the ending aside, the REAL question is (spoiler alert):

....

Will Seungbae survive?

    Fifi February 1, 2019 3:15 am

    Let's hope so

Phantomhive-Chesspiece January 31, 2019 11:00 pm

Am I the only one who's okay with the ending? What were people expecting, some Good VS. Evil showdown featuring some sadistic genius and the classic underdog? You guys really wanted to drag this series out, huh?

Personally, I thought it was a nice, simple way to end things. After all, Sangwoo is still a human. He feels pain, and he inflicts pain. He was smart, yes, he was strong, yes, but he still had weaknesses, particularly his conceited personality (like when he got drunk and bragged about the deaths he caused), and emotion regulation. Was all of it his fault? No, a lot of it was because he was so traumatized by his mother. If she had gotten treatment for her own illnesses instead of inflicting that pain on her son, or if Sangwoo's father had stepped in and put her into psychiatric treatment things certainly would've turned out differently. Still, this is the way things turned out. Was it sad? Of course it was sad! The title is Killing Stalking, for goodness sake! Did you expect this to have a happy ending? Nothing in Sangwoo's life is haply! Not even Bum could make him happy. There is nothing, absolutely NOTHING that anyone could've done to make him happy. Even if he was happy for a little bit, he couldn't have been happy forever. He had girls who liked him, he had Bum, he had officer Kwak, he had chances to be happy, but because he never got help it wouldn't have made a difference.

Agree but that's not the ending yet .
There is still a chance sangwoo is alive .

    That's true.

I'm not expecting anything happy or positive. Still didn't enjoy this chapter that much, specially if Sangwoo's body "disappears" or whatever.

Phantomhive-Chesspiece January 31, 2019 10:22 pm

OH MY GOSH THE NEW CHAPTER IS INSANE I AM TREMBLING IT'S CRAZY

MAJOR SPOILERS

... Yoonbum said he couldn't kill Seungbae and dropped the knife. At this Sangwoo goes ballistic, saying he dragged things out too long and should've killed Yoonbum from the start. He then ignores Seungbae and moves to kill Yoonbum with the knife. Seungbae uses the strength he has left to try and attack Sangwoo so Bum can escape. Sangwoo stabs Seungbae in the chest with the knife while Bum escapes. It looks like Seungbae is going to be killed by Sangwoo when he uses the lighter he had to set the entire house on fire.

Bum is outside watching the place burn, and Seungbae manages to escape the house, still bleeding profusely. Sangwoo meanwhile is trapped in the burning house, his legs burning and unable to move. Right at the door, he has hallucinations of hearing his mother's voice calling his name. We are left with a bleeding Seungbae and a terrified Bum watching as the entire house burns with Sangwoo still inside, presumably left to die a "painful death".

So a lot of people have been talking about a controversy on Lezhin. Something about not treating their authors fairly? Does anyone know what that's about?

    DanceDanceDDR January 25, 2019 7:35 pm

Lezhin isn't treating their creators fairly. I haven't heard an update on the situation yet, so last I heard:

creators weren't being treated well by Lezhin (overworking and one Lezhin manager pushing for content even when one creator was hospitalized),

no payment for comics sold overseas, even though they were promised at least a bit for every comic chapter sold,

and basically blacklisted by Lezhin (no comics on main page, ongoing, or part of promotional events which can majorly boost sales) when artists were outspoken about the bad actions of Lezhin.

Lezhin never really apologized. And when they "sort-of" did, they excused themselves with "bad communication."

Yeah, I don't know what's up with them anymore. They haven't released any explanation in English, besides the poor communication excuse and work to get things better but I haven't seen anything.

Guys, it's Sangwoo's birthday today.

Not that it's something to celebrate, all things considered... but it feels wrong to speak negatively about someone on their birthday. So all I can say is that he was a cutie as a baby, and I have sympathy for him. Still hope Yoonbum does something in this new chapter.

    yeet January 24, 2019 9:39 pm

His birthday is in 3 days.

    Tanya January 25, 2019 2:35 am

Its 27 January, but despite his lookd he is a true fucking monster ( ̄へ ̄)

    Phantomhive-Chesspiece January 25, 2019 2:45 am

Oops. Well, the earlier the better... with where we are now, he may not even be alive inhere days.

I have a theory. What if "Killing Stalking" isn't about Sangwoo or Bum, but about Sangwoo's mother? It's a common theme that Yoon Bum resembles Sangwoo's mother, and at the beginning of the series Yoon Bum was a stalker. So, what if all the flashbacks Sangwoo has of his mother is because she also stalked him? Now it's like he's haunted and can't get away from his mother "stalking" him.

    Phantomhive-Chesspiece November 29, 2018 10:25 pm

I meant the title. Killing Stalking is obviously about Sangwoo and Yoon Bum, but though everyone assumes the title refers to Bum and Sangwoo I think it's more complicated than that.

Phantomhive-Chesspiece November 23, 2018 6:18 pm

Ahh, kuso. This tension is suffocating... seeing Sangwoo's face during all of this has hurt my heart. Wow, to think Bum actually had the courage to punch him; how the tables have turned. I wonder what Sangwoo is going to do now.
