Lilian preached about her ideologies while athanasia actually executed similar ideologies without boasting about it. She's waaaay more capable then Lilian and now that happy go lucky lilian has to do everything and practically refuses to do so, do people start noticing how superficial she actually is.

well I hope amrora(?) at least gives them some sort of warning out of guilt. She or her child were probably threatened so I don't exactly blame her but she could have solved the situation better... If she had asked for help from the duchess I think they would have helped her because she did treat leslie nice and it could get them leverage on the marquis...
She already did, previously she said that Leslie must inform the duchess and bring the guard with her if she want to visit but of course Leslie didn't notice the warning and kick out her guard, well she is going to regret it soon. Amroa only give her a bread and jam that the maid didn't even eat but Leslie treated her like she was some kind of Savior.
Really like the story so far, and I like the fact that she isn't overpowered. But I hope they finished with the sudden promotions. I think it breaks her image a bit down, Like she was able to get what she wanted most of the time because she worked hard for it. But the promotion happen rather because the position above here became free... Case and point I hope her hard work will shine again in the next chapters
