Off topic but nowadays I feel so distracted when reading manga, idk what it is I have short attention span but this didn’t happen to me before, I feel like the panels on manga are so little and clustered together idk, I read a lot of mangas on the past but nowadays my attention focus better on manhwas because the panels are bigger and are placed better on the pages.

webtoons typically have less words and more spaced out text and images so it's a lot easier to comprehend and because of the lack of text and more imagery you're more likely to crave more plot development so it's easier to get hooked.

It's for the same reason so many other great anime have one season. Not enough people bought the DVD's and whatever fan junk they were selling. The production companies generally don't care how many people watch it. They just care how much money they make in associated sales.

Although both animes are under the same genres , ouran approaches in a comedic and fun feeling way but still has its slice of life moments. But unlike ouran ,Kimi no Todoke doesn't appeal in a comedic way but more in a sentimental/soft way but still has its fun moments. Really it just depends on your mood and what you type of mood you want while watching something. Idk if that helps
I would agree to start with Ouran HS. I personally dont think kimi ni todoke was very interesting. It was cute but it got tiresome after the first season.
kimi ni todoke was personally my favorite because it is so wholesome and I actually enjoyed the plot better than regular romance anime!! (and it has two seasons) its sooooo good I recommend
