I recommend read the novel since it has the dept and pov. The manhua didn't show much of zhan ming (seme) emotion but in the novel he's fragile. He fell in love with qinan (uke). He was gay but no one knows. Qinan only realize his sexual orientation because he likes zhan ge romantically not just brotherhood.
In the novel qinan is mentally strong. Opposite with zhan ming. They complete each other. It show how much zhan Ming feel insecurity and low self confident. He felt he don't deserve qinan. I almost cried how hurt he was when his relatives steal his money from working. His mom remarried and doesn't want to admit him. He only had grandma but died later. In manhua it seems zhan ge is qinan's saviour but actually qinan saves zhan ge alot. You'll understand why zhan ming loves qinan very deeply and want to sacrifice everything for him. Qinan is his light.

It sad they didn't show the real qinan like in the novel. Qinan isn't cringe in the novel. He's cinnamon roll and zhan ming super hot daddy by the end of the novel. They had lots of seggss but i guess it will be censored. Read the 4 extras.. they had lots of phonesxx, carsxx etc. They will separate for 6 years because qinan went to abroad but zhan ming the daddy is a very loyal man. He did everything he can to go and visit him in US. Life is not easy for him. The story is very realistic and beautiful. I love how Zhan ming still pamper qinan until the end. He never let him do any chores. Only serve him on the bed lol. He still calls him baby even they are in the age of thirties.

Pls use season 2 cover for more accurate. This isn't triangle but square love. I think this is a harem novel because there's each endings for all ships. JaeOn, HyuOn, SungOn.
