I freaking think that all of the gods are selfish and doesn't really care for human like what they're telling us in the manhwa. Like yeah they're afraid or frightened but this could've been prevented if they just freaking stop Seth when this was just starting... I mean they even made this "Let's go against Seth everybody." Why did they did not do this earlier. Scenario like meeting each other, having conversations like, "Hey Seth usurped the throne by killing Osiris and his starting to kill humans unreasonably. We should stop him. God blahblah do this, while god blahblah do this." Instead, they let their "fear" control them. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ They could've win easily if they work together, right? They have Thoth the god of wisdom who as far as I understood can see prophecy, and is knowledgeable in thinking shits like solution like he knows everything...oh wait maybe not cause he didn't even guess that Seth has something to do with Horus' curse or how freaking white lotus Osiris is or how obsessive Osiris is towards Seth to the point he'll destroy Egypt for him...or maybe he knows but he just didn't care?
And the GODS AND GODDESSES, myghads they're more like humans; they're greedy, oblivious, malicious and lazy.
Also, I hate the fact that I think and I feel from the bottom of my heart that RA knows what shits Osiris did but she didn't stop him. Or Horus not telling them what he knows? Or how the gods not investigating this shit (the starting point) and just seeing or understanding situation on the surface when they have the power to know the truth. Maybe these shits will not reduce Seth's punishment but ATLEAST they know that they're not the only GOD/S who suffered but the "EVIL GOD" who killed humans is also suffering at that time and onwards even worse than them.

Overall, the author did a great job because I hate everyone except Seth. I also tiny bit sympathized Anubis. It's tiny for some reasons that I will not tell.

I think they did change some parts on the manhua. Base on the google translation of the novel there are some parts that are not included in the novel but it is in the manhua...but I could be wrong since it is just mtl.

Imo, the ending is actually good? Yeah, the author did not include the part where the two families meet and the ex-bf possible romance but romance development is done pretty well, it's not haste and the author really took his/her time for that.
Just sharing, but I've read quite a few danmei's which are unsatisfactory and this is not one of them. Ik danmei and manhua are different but still they're stories so I think that's enough for them to be comparable. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
