The ML is the crown prince. He was so harsh to her in their past life because he knew she was fake. In order to protect her he needed to act as if he hated her, but he really truly loved her. So now in their second life they meet for the second time as Lucia and Crown Prince. Lucia made a painting of her child from her previous life and this catches the ML’s attention. He ask Lucia why she painted it since it was a young baby. I don’t remember what she said but it was something like my sibling or something like that. The ML slowly starts falling in love with Lucia rather than Veronica her “real” self. They end up falling in love and she reveals her identity but he knew since he’s rlly smart. The duke, real Veronica, and the evil lady all die!!! The saddest part in the novel is rlly their past life. The ML said to the baby she left behind after the real Veronica came back and was executed. “Your mother was a great person, but you’re the only thing she left behind.” He’s so sweet!!! His intentions were good but his plan was poorly executed. Oh and pretty sure the red haired dude falls in love with Lucia hehe.

I am not exactly sure what happens because I do not understand korean but they play it off like nothing happens, but the woman who "caught" them didn't look at red hair bruh the same way. Red head bruh tries to blackmail the company by saying, "give me a ton of money and I won't ruin Taesung's reputation" to Taesung's father, who is like " how would people react if they knew you sexually harassed another coworker?" and like respect for the man is 100. Red hair bruh moves departments, (thank f*ck) and Haebom finds out what redhead did to Taesung and was really upset (he doesn't fully knows what happened) and now we got some spicy coming up where, *cough* *cough* Taesung is tied up, oop-

from what i remember, in light novel jinshi is also in overseas with maomao and her adopted brother (her cousin) and jinshi real mother ah duo ( i think he still didn't know at this point) would like him to pick a someone to marry (obviously he choose maomao). In overseas there was more scenes were jinshi really confronted maomao that he would to marry her (he force kiss her and lol she did give it back kissing him deep and ended the scene like not a big deal at all). The "I won't hand out my daugther" is from web novel and jinshi didnt follow maomao overseas and no kissing happens (from what i remember so correct if im wrong). From manga storyline the story will follow the light novel (so expect kissing soon yiee (⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ) , and also in webnovel maomao mother died and in light novel she survive and ended marrying rakan by buying her even in her current state

Oh i apologize, i think this one was on web novel too. (〜￣△￣)〜 but anyways, there's some kissing scene is about to happen. I just remembered that maomao would consider marrying jinshi coz she's curious of having a child (she wants to eat baby placenta i think?? She believes it tastes delicious and has health benefits lmao) but it's just on her mind. She didn't say it out loud. Pls don't hate maomao (づ￣ ³￣)づ

Lol ye this is totally hilarious I just remembered this part, Iove her character that's her charm. Im really glad the light novel has more jinshi x maomao interractions, romance, and twisted plot compared to web novel (im still waiting for updates though but hope they will end up since jinshi did something that maomao cant escape in light novel) and ofcourse it would still better if maomao chose to marry him in her own will not just that he force her to

Oh i just remembered ^from what u said earlier, they did kiss in the web novel (≧∀≦). i think the part u are saying where jinshi forced kiss maomao and afterwards maomao kissed him back and act like nothing, IT happened too in web novel. I think that was the time jinshi figured out his feelings towards maomao (he give maomao a love letter and jinshi starts reading a lot of novels).
