As for the Anubis situation, Osiris used Anubis against Seth. It goes like:
Seth: Ok fine. I'll stop treating him as my son. I'll be a bad father. Just don't touch him. I'll do anything. *cries*
Osiris: You know what I want, Seth.
But after killing Osiris it still continues? Because Isis'(goddess of magic) curse for Seth is a great addition why their son-father relationship is slowly falling apart. Isis wishes for the destruction of their relationship. :(

He let Osiris raped him to protect Anubis but thanks to that he's traumatized. His trauma strongly show when Horus overpowered him and raped him. He don't have hatred toward Isis, Horus or even his wife. He want Osiris to suffer so he killed people for his curse to him but his curse is directed to Anubis bc Osiris is using his body and plant a seed in him. So yeah, poor Seth. He even cursed his son without knowing it. :((((
