Either way, this story has left me confused because all the characters seem to be copy and paste and idk who's who anymore (⊙…⊙ )
No one can say he would be cheating because that would imply that they're in that type of relationship, when it was put beforehand that that they wouldn't date. Which sucks, but it's the relationship they agreed to

If this follows the generic guidelines (which I'm sure it will) where Toya won't truly apologize and somehow push the blame onto something/someone else and yet somehow still gets forgiven, I will have no choice but to riot
The doc and the brother are becoming real annoying. Like the MC is naive and annoying at times, but those two are just becoming ugh
