The last chapter, Mari cheated on gouzou with a girl while he was dating gouzou and than he got the girl pregnant and left gouzou. Now that his wife is dead he came back and told gouzou he still love him and how could gouzou even accepted him even though Mari was the on who cheated. It feels hilarious.
