it's not that weird for a woman to top, it's just that there are a hell of a lot more guys that read manga then gals and most men are prideful creatures that dont wanna consider submitting to women. therefore not much manga with women topping men, except in hentai (there's a shit-ton of femdom hentai)
I mean, tons and tons of guys are into femdom and being dominated, that's why there's so much hentai of it. It's not about pride, as far as I know.
