Right! The concept would’ve been really good if she lost the weight herself, don’t get me wrong she looks adorable as she is but I know that most of the time idols have to be skinny and “perfect”.

I was thinking the same, but still this is the first time we’ve seen him doing this. Hopefully we get more little snippets of when he tried to do it when she was younger
I love these types of stories like Nana and Paradise kiss, where the characters actually have personalities and problems and most of the time don’t get their perfect happily ever after but still find something that can make them the tiniest bit happy.
