Okay so I think the Dragon lord says “this is the last time” I think that the Cecile that died each time she died she would visit the Dragon lord or at least that library and since in this life she won’t die causing out ML to go insane it’ll probably be the last time she goes to that library. OR it’s the last life until she goes back to being the Grand sorceress
