i think we need to see an explanation on why she did what she did and why he did what he did bc i kinda understand her her ex husband told her that her son doesn't want to see her so ofc being her she wouldn't have the face to actually see her son after hearing that her own son doesn't want to see her
and for the ex husband he said to Haesung that his mother abandoned him so this happened bc of that person
and for Haesung he knows that his mother said that she would be back for him he knows that his mother didn't "abandoned" him,he was thinking that his mother is gonna look for him
but from his mother's pov her son doesn't want to see him so what's the point in looking for a son that doesn't want to see you is most likely what she thinks about at the time
