To be fair I think the use of the German word here is out of place considering its a Japanese manga, but the meaning behind it is sound, considering it means patient, so him being chronically ill fits with that one okay. It's just out of place being a different language
Its not out of place its written wrong ╥﹏╥ especialy the word Kranker (not Kranke like in the manga) is like more of an insult. If you mean patient its Patient (its the same like in english)! If they mean Doctor its written Arzt not arzte (￣∇￣").
Thats why it threw me of eveb harder and yes your right its not fitting too (as it is a japanese manga).

Bro this story and interaction made absolutely no sense...like no plot but also not really some hard smuty scenes to fill in for plot everything was just wishy washy and like bro you guys suddenly doing it in the practice room no buold up whatsoever or like not hating the person you despise even more after he sexualy harassed you (i know lot of yaoi have this kinda stockholm syndrome but this was just stupid-)? And the other guy suddenly be interested in the mc even though apparently he was never before?
