Lookong for a manga about a little boy who lives like a cat?

The main gist is that its how he copes since his geisha(?) mom left him. He refers to a white cat as his new mom. He is taken care of by a youngish guy around his 20s. Everyone in the village seems to take care of him. Manga is just his daily life coming to terms with his new "dad" and "mom".
