I’m so confused. Why would people knowing about awakening throw the world into chaos? Is it because all of those other hunters died and it kind of makes their deaths pointless? Or is it something else that I’m missing?
Because most likely it means that hunters will rush to get their awakenings to become stronger and use it to fight back against the government that gave them nothing. They'll rebel against the government for throwing them into these dungeons with such low survival rate and people would be ok with it since the hunters would be "getting justice". Government will be powerless to fight back with just "primitive guns" lol. Then what if peope who awaken who have bad intentions e.g. wanting to kill others for fun? Government wont be able to control them, so they will have to beg the hunters who have already awakened (and highly likely pay them alot) hence "causing chaos to the world", it'll be hard to balance without learning more about the awakening first and construct a system, that's why the dudes are so mad
