Hamin isn't wrong because both these cases he has had concrete reasons to be distrustful of the other person (with the pedo - he'd gone after his childhood friend. With redhead - he literally SAID he didn't care if he troubled Ryeojoon with scandal).

Hyesung clearly feels neglected. Because he was. His sperm-donor wanna-be "dad" verbally demeaned him regularly. Hyesung felt he needed to hide being skilled at anything for fear of verbal abuse.
