tbh i didnt tend to keep reading this, cuz Claudia, you know, her intension was rlly good, but she made like no effort so that nothing change, then her character development follow the "poker-face-but-warm-hearted" type which can not solve any problem (bad rumors of her)
but when i read the chapter of her younger bro Syl, when i saw how her mother accused her of such crime, and noone did speak up for her, i felt like damn pls protect this child :((( and luckily Gernald was there for her *still sobbing*

Yeah, the childish behavior might make sense if she was actually the book character and then suddenly remembered her other life because she would become a mix, but even then she should still be a bit more mature. The only way I can imagine her attitude making sense is if she spent her whole past life in the hospital and never really got the chance to mature or if she’s just really scared and confused and is trying to be cautious so she despises to let her life unfold a little more.
But also, why does every main character like that want to avoid the ‘story protagonist?’ I understand that they wouldn’t want to start anything but if you run into them why don’t you just befriend them and stick with them? If you stick with the protagonist and stay on their good side then you’ll probably get a good ending. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
