he just grew up really sheltered it's not autism, this mangaka has another work called "motomete yamanai" where the seme is rather "rude", has certain obsession for collecting things, doesn't know how to socialize and has seemingly poor motor skills as he can't seem to manage his strength and people kept commenting that he might have aspergers syndrome
as someone with ACTUAL aspergers I do understand where people come from but that doesn't necessarily mean he's autistic people often assume am gonna be really rude when they find out am an aspie but am not rude am just stupidly blunt like I really can't lie for shit when you want my opinion I'll tell you what am really thinking not because I want to hurt u but just cause that's how my brain is wired and I have troubles empathizing (￣∇￣")
