I binged read it and I may not be able to relay everything perfectly but essentially in the story it shows how he’s scared of dogs and doesn’t like to be near them. Essentially during his first rut (if I remember correctly) he doesn’t remember what happened and so his brother Grayson(again if I remember correctly) took advantage of that made told his he spend his rut with a dog

I can't wait to read his brother's story and see him beg for his partner's forgiveness after he screw up
Plus, Chase is also dominant so that just draws more attention to himself. With the fan reactions throughout the story, it just so horrifying. His family needs to get beatings honestly.
The audacity of the FL's sister is unreal. After killing her own niece and destroying her younger sister's family, she gets a second chance at life but still has the nerve to try and break up the FL and ML. To me, it feels like she believes that if her niece had never been born, she wouldn’t have had to sacrifice her and wouldn’t have become the "bad" sister.
