Personally I don’t think anything serious will really happen (p.s. I read the raws) but what I think what his great grandfather meant was to not allow anyone to posses the amulet. Like he said in previous chapters, whoever wears the amulet, the seme will start to develop feelings as a side effect (plus take away the his luck which is the only thing keeping our uke alive). Luckily the bitch didn’t have it for long and it was quickly returned. Although I do admit that I’m curious if the items that were placed in the amulet as well were affected. However I don’t think they were since the bitch also said that all she found was paper, so she didn’t open it. But that’s just my opinion ╮(￣▽￣)╭
