I think the reason jaekyung found him was because of the film production that was at the hospital dan works at. If you notice, the film production manager says to the doctor guy that he’s gonna try to keep in as much of the clips as possible and not cut out much, probably meaning that jaekyung saw Dan in one of the clips in tha background and then proceeded to find the hospital.
