But what about Musika? She doesn't eat human meat

I was thinking of that too. And Sonju has not eaten human meat since long time. Still, they are the most like people.

Otherwise they will be important because when Lewis dies, they are in his thoughts:

Exactly this is what's been bothering me. If what Norman's saying is true, then why is Musika and Sonju still so human like, despite not eating humans? And why are they killing demons? And being in Lewis memories? Something is not adding up. It's either Norman is lying for X reasons, or Musika and Sonju were lying. But if they were lying, why bother giving the necklace to Emma and tell her to look for the 7 walls? Ahhhhhhhhh

But it does not make sense. Musika and Sonju couldn't be lying. It would have been plausible if only the author had not shown us that conversation they had after sending off Emma and the children. Because they definitely could have lied to the kids, but why would they lie to each other when they are alone? Why would Sonju say he is impatient for the promise to be broken so that he will finally be able to eat some humans again. He clearly showed his evil intentions, he had absolutely no reason not to admit eating humans to Musika. And like you said, why bother giving the necklace to Emma when it was clearly implied that she had NOT the same intentions as Sonju. She had no other reasons to help them other than wishing for a better world for these children.

Norman, however, has no reason NOT to lie. We know nothing about his real intentions. As someone said earlier, he could actually be working with Minerva's brother, or he could be exaggerating the facts to convince everyone that they HAVE to exterminate the monsters if they want to survive. They could be countless other reasons obviously, but i think that Norman being the liar is the most plausible option. With that level of writing, i doubt the author has made a mistake. Beside, Musika and Sonju mentioned that they are other monsters that refuse to eat humans, and judging by Emma's facial expression on the last page, it was clear that the author was thinking about those monsters who do not eat humans. Otherwise, Emma wouldn't care at all for those monsters, or at least she would not look as shocked and disturbed as she look in that final page. After all, she has already killed some.
