Could be wrong but I think it’s set in Japan (where a person is considered 1 year at birth and then gains another in the new year). It would explain them being 32 and 20, and also means their western ages would be 30 and 18.

It's very possible that his was translated from a Korean translation. Every time I see a Japanese manga where ages don't make sense, that ends up being it. Because Koreans count age differently.

bc the new update is the official translation, the other one was made by an unofficial fan translator so it might be a bit off, this one is more accurate
The official is more readable. The other one was machine translated so if you’re fluent in English its a bit hard to understand. I uploaded the official all in one go so noone would be double pinged again. You’ll survive.
