He becomes interested in his older neighbor who I think works a cooperate job. If im remembering things right the older love interest just got out of a (serious) relationship.
And isn't interested in the younger man at first. I think they do sleep together when the older neighbor is drunk?

Okay, so the MC is a seme who is spoiled and comes from a rich family. Uke is older and they live in the same apartment complex. If I'm remembering it right the uke wasn't interested but seme kept pursuing him. That's all I really remember does this ring any bells with anyone?

I feel like im so many other stories even if the characters known how to put fight back like Euihyun they don't. I can appreciate the writing not being basic and not just using sa for plot.
