I understand where everyone coming from. Just because you're fat doesn't mean you're ugly. There are lots of beautiful people who's in heavier size. But I also think that there is nothing wrong about wanting to be thinner. Its a matter of person choice. If you're contented with your weight then thats good. If you want to GAIN or LOSE weight to achieve the appearance you want then go for it.
Some of you only see the negative part of this. Its like shaming others who want to lose weight to be contented on what they look.
There's nothing wrong about being fat but there's also nothing wrong on wanting to slim down just like there nothing wrong on wanting to have more fat.
Its how you want to see yourself and how you will love yourself.
