I have to agree on the Kikiyo one, every time I watch Inuyasha I’m reminded of my deep seated hatred for her... I also can’t stand Megumi from Shiki, Sakura from Naruto, Saraka Tsukai from Kado: The right answer (terrible show), Hanabi Yasuraoka from Scum’s Wish... I’m sure that there’s more, but I don’t want to think about it..
