Hi so I remember reading a yaoi where the seme falls down a flight of stairs after the uke mentions he wants to break up when he wakes up in hospital it turns out the trauma he gained from the fall caused him to loose part of his memory. The uke decides to not tell him that they were in a relationship but the seme ends up falling in love with the uke again... I really can't find it and I remember thinking it was a cute manga despite being cliche.

It’s a bl manga about a fashion designer and his employee, I believe they meet up at a bar but they don’t get on to begin with.
Fashion designer is gay, employee isn’t, their relationship develops really nicely as he realises how hard working and determined his employee is at trying expand their business. Sorry the description isn’t very good not sure how accurate it is but this is all I can remember, I think the cover art is of the 2 characters standing side on looking at one another. Thanks :)
