I love love love niche roles. The story is only set in a VR game so in real life all this isn’t real, but for the MC it’s life or death if he doesn’t log in. My only irk is that his abilities focus more on the witch side not the ‘Doctor’, so he mainly just feels like a beserker with some summons and poisons but looks like the part of a witch doctor in fantasy. I just wanted something different, but nevertheless it’s still pretty good.
