I can't believe i don't remember the name of it, after reading it at least tens of times....
But it's a yaoi manga, where the seme paints on the ukes bare skin and gets excited about it. At some point the uke starts getting allergy reactions from the paint and starts to thinks the seme isn't going to be interested of him anymore.
