What happened wasnt right, no.But this wasn't the authors opinion necessarily.It was from the characters perspective.And if that I what the characters perspectives would have been, then kudos to the author, most are afraid to take such risks as they'll get comments such as yours.

You abandoned them not caring if they lived or died and now you have come to do what? BURN HER AT THE STAKES!!! I really hate reading mangas where a parent/parents abandon their kid/s and years later they want to "make it up" to them. If they had died while you were gone, what then? Since you decided to go, keep it moving.
I don't usually like stories where people cheat, it puts me off but this story always goes straight to my heart (i say always because i've read it over and over again at least 4times). I hope we get some update soon
I like mangas that try to broaden the minds of its chinese/japanese/korean readers because there are still a lot of discriminations against people who have disabilities whether mentally or physically.
Great respect to the mangaka for daring to venture into something different.
They're doing it well too. Nothing is worse than a manga by a bad author about a subject people dont really like. But this mangaka actually made it really interesting and I think that's great.

Do i love this manga or DO I LOVE THIS MANGA! I've had to read it several times while waiting for updates and i still thoroughly & truly enjoy it like the first time i came upon it.
