Overall, mid. I wouldn’t recommend this at all it’s actually disgusting how they’re shipping a literal minor with an adult. That alone says a lot about them. Like, sure, an author can create a good story, but do you really need to push a minor-adult ship? Hello? What are you even trying to prove? No, no… what are you trying to "teach"?

It’s not just weird it’s straight-up disturbing. And the worst part? Some people will actually defend it with, “Oh, but it’s just fiction!” Nah, that excuse doesn’t fly when you’re normalizing something this gross. There are a million different ways to write romance, and this is what they went with? Makes me seriously question what kind of audience they’re catering to.

But let’s be real they’re not trying to prove or teach anything. This isn’t some deep, thought-provoking story; it’s just straight-up unsettling. The author isn’t making some bold statement or challenging societal norms they’re just exposing their own questionable tastes. And the fact that they wrote this like it’s normal? Yeah, that speaks volumes.
