Ugh, you and me both buddy. The best idea I can give, (and what I'm trying too) is to go out for yourself or stay inside. The purpose is to do whatever the fuck you want to do so that you feel good. Even if it's just a distraction for a day.

Theres no helping you unless you understand that happiness does not come solely from romantic love.
