wanna say 5/5, but i'll leave at 4/5 bc it's early stages (ch.14atm)
plot: MC is a top ranking hunter who can clear gates easily, but gets 'sick' (super horny) afterwards as a side effect all espers (hunters) have. super debilitating. espers are supposed to have guides that help their side effects, but MC has trauma (likely SA) from previous guide experience.
