typical trope, but i like the spin of brothers on this. i also like how while mc did go back in time the old timeline still (kinda) exists. i also really like the input of outside entities at war w one another—the world-building with this is real defined alongside its individual characters. I ALSO HAVE SUCH A SOFT SPOT FOR ANIMALS PEACE AND PEEP PEEP ARE WHO REALLY GOT ME TO READ THIS!!!

“mc lowkey a bitch” nuh uh. she lived her life being betrayed by those closest to her—so obviously when the opportunity is handed to her on a silver platter shes gonna be distrustful no matter how much she wished for it.
anyways mc is a cutie patootie, mcs father is a cutie, oscar is a cutie, and aiden is a cutie i hope they all find happiness

chapter 21 rn, and so far im really liking the writing of this mc. while she is trying to be and act better—and find a semblance of justice(for herself), she still falls into the depraved and twisted habits of her life in the book (albeit with less intensity). it really shows how even with knowing what will happen in the future, it doesn’t make MC the ultimate goody-two-shoes who tries to please others, or be cunning without any stakes. im really looking forward to seeing how this turns out!!
