i mean ik till was going to die. i honestly saw no chance in hell of him surviving considering that he was the “rebellious one”. in order to build stakes and heighten tragedy, characters like this typically have to die because their very existence is hostile to the status quo. ik this logically, but it didn’t make it any less heart wrenching ......
