If you are into yaoi (boy loves boy manga/manhwa), you should read it. The plot and the characters are good. If you are not, read at your own risk. There is male-on-male rape scene although it's not really fetishized. I think the author deals pretty well with male rape victims' post-traumatic experiences, but then it's my personal opinion. Also the original mythological Contendings of Horus and Seth is weird enough as it is, if judged with modern eyes ╮(￣▽￣)╭
