not only were the karka kingdom people the stereotypical barbaric ethnic race in this story but now are being pushed to act the violent, rash and savage part, using their culture being disrespected as a way to achieve it. how will this be explained i wonder. maybe it’ll be a punishment for how “brutish” they are and so it justifies the means.

look, i don’t want, need or even like for every story to be cookie cutter perfect, everyone is a saint and no bad exists in the world but its so tiring to see it always be put on the fictional races that are meant to be the POC’s in the story. it is such a tired trope. im so sick of it.

now that i’ve made that known, i love the intimacy thats is flourishing between our cute mc’s. red being attentive to luce’s needs and luce being so conflicted by it. they’re growing as significant others. its no longer lust, not that it has been for a long while, but their relationship is showing beautiful growth. i just love them.

i thought ‘on a leash’ was amazing (it is!) but this!! perfection. utter perfection. from beginning to end. the plot, the romance, the artwork!! everything was flawless.

maria and kyeongju are absolutely gorgeous. kyeongju is definitely black cat but rather than golden retriever, maria gives orange cat; does what she want, is a bit reckless, extremely clingy and grows attached quickly, lovable and determined. i find her so endearing. i loved how kyeongju had this air about her that seemed she’d be the bold, cheeky and flirty type but it ended up being maria. her having a cute shy side was so nice to see.

i quite love the plots of people that like to fool around, suddenly getting hit with love at first sight and people that start off using someone only to fall for them, their lover feel first but they ended up falling harder. it was executed so well. i loved them so much and miss them already.

im so glad i found this story. i cant get over how good it was and how obsessed i am with the art style. the plot was amazing, imo, i like the animal concept? i wish it was explained but ig it was just one of those “its just like that in this world” type of things. red and luce are beautifully developed characters.

though red seriously had me stressed with how much she was getting injured and luce with how self-detrimental she was. it all works out in the end, for which im grateful.

their dynamic is nice; despite their personalities and situations being so different, leading to them understandably being toxic and clashing so much at the start. however, once they start to have all those small moments but being in each-other company without bickering, you see how much the grow to compliment each other so perfectly.

if there was something id love to have seen more it wouldve been mago, i need her so bad. its not even funny. i didn’t want this to end, im glad the epilogue is gonna be a few chapters i cant wait for the rest !!

maxi is maturing and blossoming so much. seeing her speech improve and her hard-work studying pay off has been so gratifying. i’m so proud of her!

but i’m nervous as i saw comments talk about giving her a break, i got out the comments so fast to avoid spoilers but like omg ?!!? don’t just give her a break; leave my sweet girl alone !!

the way kuahel (paladin aka green snaked eyed blondie) was introduced and that cyptic and creepy way he talked about riftan, leds us to believe he’ll be trouble. hhh… i’m all here for the plot picking up and showing the stakes of battle and war but geez its making me anxious.

i love maxi so much, please just let her, riftan and all the remdragons get back home safe, and everything be okay once more, she deserves it.

reading this story is like a rollercoaster of emotions.

im rooting for the mc’s trust me but seeing judith slowly become consumed with the past is stressing me out. i wanna see them suffer but like girl… its okay to worry about other things too.

like the queen son. HE ASSAULTED YOU! let her go mad!! start whacking him! and the way she keeps letting flavia slide… its so aggravating.

however, while i wanna see more retribution right then and there, franz is stressing me out by how rashly he’s trying to go about things. like im glad he’s got confidence now but can he please use his head.

atp the story is starting to feel drawn out, though so much is left to be dealt with and im losing interest.

i hope it starts picking back up. the story’s decent enough, and a nice way to pass time.

ah… the art style is so beautiful; so everyone is so pretty. i don’t read the blurbs, so when i started this i was shocked to find out its omegaverse but stuck around because of how pretty the art is.

now i like the relationship between jiheon and wooju. for the most part they seem to have a mutual understanding of each other and their boundaries, until it gets to the smut. would it count as coercion?

as time when on, it seems like wooju is full aware of how jiheon operates? i forgot what chapter but wooju say ‘maybe he’s using jiheon as much as he’s using him’ when, cmiir, thinking about them doing it. especially in s2ch34 he tells jiheon he doesn’t have to make excuses, and to just outright ask him.

regardless the smut all dub-con and i just hate it. especially that whole knot smut chapter… absolutely not. that was just assault.

there are some unresolved plot points keeping me from dropping this: wtf happened to wooju as a kid, why jiheon’s mom seemingly hates him and what is sunjoon’s motives?

i’ve discerned that the person spying on wooju is working for him. in ch.5 he’s looking at a picture of jiheon and wooju, but the panel zooms in on jiheon. so was he getting close to wooju bc he has something for jiheon? he also met his mom in germany so is she connected in his weirdo behavior? i really wanna know.

the story isn’t bad, lorewise?.. the romance has been dead for me bc of the smut but the mc’s do have some endearing moments. i just hope all the dub-con stops and no further assault happens now since wooju told jiheon to just be upfront with him about wanting sex. i seriously wanna get to want i wanna know without being plagued with it every time they screw which is like every other chapter.

also i really want a side story of haesoo (jiheon cousin) and siyeon (wooju ex boss) they seem so cute!! i need more wlw omegaverse stories.

lets start off with a round of applause for the way they healthily communicate.

usually in these type of stories, especially when there are secrets involved, lack communication skills is sure to follow. bertram, despite being emotionless, expresses himself so much better than majority of hothead idiots in other josei stories, who could solve their menial issue if they just sat down and said how they feel.

also am in love with the discernment of everyone in the story. anna is so sweet and though scarred by war and its aftermath she doesn’t let it affect her perception of others. and she knows how to read them. that being said, i don’t blame karla or the other villagers being wearisome of him. he is a random man happening upon their small village, that has been affected by nobles and or wanderers before. i loved seeing them gradually warming up to him and accept him. i hope to see karla doing the same soon as well, she one of the realest parent in these stories, and hold valid concern for her daughter.

i picked this story up late last night and ended up binging it. im so excited for more.

like father like son. just disgusting freaks with degradation kinks. and those stupid cunts bullying daphne for something her mother wasn’t even successful in accomplishing… i hate everyone.

i suspect it might have something to due with the green eyes. a few interesting plot points could come from this. im intrigued to know why he is the way he is, besides the fact that he is very clearly his fathers son. nevertheless, he needs to die, slow and painfully, just like his creep of a father.

the only person not being weird is favian. i really wanna have hope he doesn’t change and save her from being manipulated, but pre-flashback kills that hope.

i don’t wanna see that son of a bitch be redeemed, but i just have a feeling thats exactly what will happen. i hate it sm. poor daphne.

i looked through the comments for spoilers hoping shes saved and her bastard fiancé, this sick freak and that loser gets obliterated; only to find out that supposedly after endless amounts of raping, she marries the freak and has his kids.
