I know tonnes of people have said it as well but I love how the author makes this so realistic. I've loved someone before and it was and is so hard to try and get over it but he needs to heal. Eat some chicken, get some sleep and make yourself feel better.I loved when the woman said that he should be honest and let the feelings float away. It really is all you can do.
